What happens after placing my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
To request a shipping address change, email info@grumpygear.co within 1 hour of placing your order, quoting your order number and correct shipping address. Address changes are not accepted after this window.
We do not offer compensation for packages that cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update.

When will I receive my order?
Standard international shipping typically takes 8–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Lost or stolen orders
