Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. There is no restocking fee.

To request a return, sign in to your account at account.grumpygear.co, open the order, and select the item you would like to return. If you have trouble using your account, email us at info@grumpygear.co with your order number.

Once we approve your return, we will email you instructions, including the address to send your item to. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service, because we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank may need extra time to post it.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or you received the wrong item, request a return through your account or email info@grumpygear.co. When you receive our approval email, reply to it with a photo showing the issue, and we will advise you of the next steps.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

To request a cancellation within this period, email info@grumpygear.co quoting your order number. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method, with no fees deducted.

To update your shipping address, contact info@grumpygear.co within 1 hour of purchase, quoting your order number. Addresses cannot be amended after this time.
